Built by a Treasurer Who Got
Tired of Spreadsheets
As the treasurer of my own housing society, I spent every month chasing 200+ residents for maintenance, manually reconciling bank statements with a spreadsheet, and fielding midnight calls about complaints that had no paper trail.
There was no single place to see payment history, pending complaints, rent agreements, or society notices. Everything lived in WhatsApp groups, Excel files, and people's memories. The moment I missed a reconciliation, the committee meeting turned into chaos.
I'm a software engineer by profession. So I built SocietyHub — the app I wish had existed. Not a side project, but the real solution to a real problem I lived every month.
